What are Wasgij Original Puzzles?

The Wasgij Original range is the first Wasgij concept and was launched in 1997. This puzzle challenges you to identify with the character in the image on the box. With a few clues you use your imagination to piece together what that person sees. The example shown is an image from the box of the 'Original – Antique Hunt' puzzle, number 10 – 10676:

Video of a Wasgij Original release

Note – the video below is a solution to a jigsaw puzzle – if you don’t want to see that, skip this video. but it does give an example of what a Wasgij Original jigsaw puzzle is. In this case it is the Wasgij Original 13 Dancing Girls Solution 1000 Pieces, number 13 – 10879:

Characteristics:

– Puzzles in various numbers of pieces, not just 1000 for example
– The original first Wasgij puzzles that started it all in 1997, the 'Originals'

Popular Original puzzles

Some popular Wasgij Original Puzzles include:
- "Have a nice holiday!"
- "Sunday riders"
- "Safari Spectacle!"

Tips for solving

1. Study the box carefully for clues.
2. Start with the borders and bold colors.
3. Let your imagination run wild – that’s the challenge of Wasgij puzzles!
